Definitely a top spot in Collierville when it comes to Italian restaurants. Very nice quaint location with open windows and scenic view. Food comes out piping hot. Service was excellent. It was somewhat of a wait but definitely worth it. The artichoke dip was our favorite appetizer. I enjoyed my chicken panini and I also tried the southwest pizza. Both were delicious! My wife got the toasted ravioli and she was also quite pleased. Do not pass through Collierville without trying this spot! Winner!

It's been there for a long time but it wasn't until recently that we tried it out. It is a lovely atmosphere in a quaint old home a small homey feel with a just right Italian decor and flair, tastefully done.
They have daily specials in addition to their regular menu with salads and sandwiches with a nice selection of other options. The owners work along the other staff and everyone is friendly and the service is vetmy good.
I had the the chicken parmesan with a side of pasta and while it was good it wasn't exceptional because I found it lacking garlic or enough other seasoning. My wife had out the eggplant parmesan and she thought it was done well but like me she wasn't blown away.
They have good comfort food selections on the menu and we will most likely give them another try with different choices because it is a locally owned and owned Italian place that we really want to like. -

We decided to try this place out once more since we remembered enjoying it. The only problem is that it's so darn expensive and just not as good as we remembered. Customer service is amazing and they're all friendly, but we just have apparently become too used to chain pizza because it tasted off. They always make their pizza thin crust and hubby says you can't ask for thick crust (he used to work there). It just didn't do it for us. I will always remember this as the first place I ever got to try the deliciousness of white sauce on pizza. Yum!

I wish I could give Cafe Piazza 100 stars!! I always came here at least 3 or 5 times when I was home for break from college. Let's just say they know me pretty well there! I always get their alfredo pasta every time. In addition, they have the BEST SOUP I'VE EVER HAD. All of the soups are fantastic. The owner and his nephew, Gino, know how much I love the soup and as a moving away gift, they specifically made my favorite soup (smoked gouda, even when it wasn't the soup of the day) and sent me home with the extra... I couldn't believe it! Also, best service every time I've went. Moving away sucks because Cafe Piazza is one of a kind. I will make sure to visit if I ever come back to Collierville.

$30 for a pizza. I am baffled by the price increase. It doesn't taste better than anywhere else and didn't blow my mind. I've had better pizza at fast food chains. This was a carry out order so I can't speak for the inside. I was not impressed with the rather small large meatball pizza.
So let's review the actual pizza. The crust was like a saltine cracker- crunchy and no taste. Tomato paste tasted like it comes from a can rather than freshly made like you'd expect at a place like this. Also there wasn't a lot of sauce on the pizza. The cheese was ok. The meatballs were dry.
